Mir

In this work, one can observe a cubist approach in the representation of the object. The artist, Michel Colombin, uses geometric shapes and different angles to break down and reconstruct the image. Straight lines and flat surfaces are used to create a sense of fragmentation and movement. The composition of the work is complex and multidimensional. The different elements of the object represented are broken down into distinct geometric shapes, such as cubes, rectangles and triangles. These forms are then assembled in an unconventional way, thus creating a multiple vision of the object. In summary, "Mir" is a work of art that takes a cubist approach in its depiction. The geometric shapes, multiple angles, fragmentation of objects and unconventional perspectives characteristic of Cubism are clearly present. This work invites the viewer to question traditional conventions of representation and to explore new ways of seeing and understanding the object represented.
